The correct option is stress incontinence.

In the condition of stress incontinence leakage of urine loccurs due to weak pelvic floor muscles and tissues. It can occurs when pressure on urinary bladder increases such as when someone exercise, laugh, sneeze, or cough. Weakening of pelvic floor muscles may also occur in the women due to pregnancy and childbirth.

Kegel exercise is used to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles. Bladder training provides learning to manage urinary incontinence and commonly used for stress and urge incontinence.

Hence, the stress incontinence is most likely to improve with pelvic muscles exercise and bladder training.
