Question no 1 is true as unipolar Leads 2 leads situated on the right as well as the left wrist , AVr as well as the AVL respectively, and the lead situated on the left ankle of the leg of the individual AVf all these will make up a , triangle which is known as the "Einthoven's Triangle" and for the unipolar lead information is obtained from this triangle as well as from the v1 - v 6

Also the bipolar leads are the limb lead 1,2 and 3 so it is also correct .
