Central fatigue is also called as central nervous system fatigue it is form of fatigue that changes the Neuro transmitter in synaptic concentartion with in the central nervous system( brain and spinal cord and changes in Neuro chemicals like serotonin , noradrenaline and dopamine

This mainly affected the muscle function voluntary effect and performance , during exercise   fatigue decreases the muscle force ,Normally it occurs in prolonged exercises. And changes in the chemical  concentrations.

Causes :

low blood sugar

Mental factors

Dehydration / hypohydration

Neuro transmitter hypothesis

How to avoid :

1. Avoid exercise

2. Accimilate

3 Take plenty of fluids
