ANSWER :

There are three main cardiovascular factors that contribute to the blood circulation in the body; cardiac output (CO), heart rate, and the blood viscosity.

The cardiac output is amount of blood that pumped out via the heart during a period of one minute, which is the most essential factor that determine blood circulation, because it provides the adequate amount of the blood to flow to different body locations.

The heart rate is beats or contraction of the heart per minute which is directly affect the blood flow in blood vessels. The blood viscosity is also contribute to the blood circulation; as the blood viscosity increases the circulation of the blood in the peripheral vessels also adversely affected.

1) Pulmonary arterioles respond to different factors than systemic arterioles because in the lungs, the blood supply is receiving oxygen and delivering carbon dioxide, while in the systemic circulation, it is delivering oxygen, and receiving carbon dioxide. In the pulmonary circuit, arterioles will dilate in well-ventilated areas of the lungs to increase the rate of exchange between capillaries and well-ventilated alveoli. However, in poorly ventilated areas of the lungs, arterioles will constrict in order to re-route blood to well-ventilated areas....
