Type IV hypersensitivity is cell-mediated response when the T cell get in contact with antigens, here no antibodies are involved.T-cell involved here are developed from the memory cells from the prior interaction with the same antigen.After coming in contact with antigen T -cell release the cytokines , which activate macrophages and phagocytes, which carry out cell mediated immune response and destroy the antigen.As the memory cells against the antigen is formed before the response is a secondary immune response.Thus B ,C and D are true here.A is not true
