  1. Angle ligament sprain is the main potential injury ,angel of foot
  2. Tear injury of muscle like quadriceps and calves muscle can occur as a result of sudden movement
  3. Hamstring injury can result as knee movement is involved
  4. Patellar fracture ; eg hairline fracture as a result of pull
  5. Hip flexor muscle can also have injury
  6. Gluteus maximus and minimum tear can occur as a result of side to side progression
