Gastrin: G cells secretes gastrin.Gastrin is a hormone that is produced by 'G' cells in the lining of the stomach and upper small intestine.The secretion of gastrin is stimulated by food arriving in the stomach.

Function:-Gastrin is responsible for release of HCl from the parietal or oxyntic cells of the stomach.

cholecystokinin: cholecystokinin is synthesized and secreted by enteroendocrine cells in the duodenum, the first segment of the small intestine.

Function:It stimulates the release of gall baldder juice and pancreatic enzymes in the small intestine ,Plays a crucialcrucial role in physiological processes like digestion, satiety, anxiety…etc
