Snakes like green mamba produce neurotoxin called fasciculin which is a acetylcholine esterase inhibitor , which results in increase in acetylcholine (Ach) concentration in the synpase .

In myasthenia gravis which is a autoimmune disease that cause destruction of the acetylcholine receptors

So fasciculin increases the acetylcholine neurotransmitter in the neuromuscular junction and acts on the remaining unblocked acetylcholine receptors and helps to work more efficiently
