Please answer according to the following guidance:
(a) What artery (arteries) and vein (veins) are involved in his problems mentioned above? Please list out accordingly and support with corresponding reasons.
(b) What lower limb functional movements that can be affected according to his leg conditions? Why?
Ans There are different arteries of knee and hip these are
Popliteal artery is the main artery of knee which supply blood to different parts of knee and popliteal artery have other branches like descended vehicular artery lateral circum flex popliteal artery medial circum flex artery so when any artery damage and injury causes there is bluishness of artery if not treated then it change into blunt extremities trauma
Other than this muscle parts also damaged like muscle stiffness
Other then artery there are veins also which is also damaged like external iliac vein femoral vein great saphenous vein some injuries of knee are medial meniscus injury MCL injury
There is change in movement if knee and hip were damaged like when movement is restricted then muscle will stiff and which causes pain movement and other related problems
