Condition before birth :
During meiosis due to non-disjunction , one gamete has both XX and other gamete have XO condition due to improper disjunction . where the this gamete will fertilize it leads to monosomy of the chromosome . The signs and symtoms are arm that turn outward at elbow , high and very narrow palate , low set of ear lobes are seen
Condition in puberty :
Females are usually sterile because of lack of X chromosome , abnormal cardiovascular problems seen , webbing of neck , short stature , hypogonadism are seen in females compared to normal females
