The actin ATPase hydrolyses the ATP and helps in the maintaining the length of the actin filament and regulates the actin dyamics -crosslinking,polymerisation and depolymerisation. Calcium ATPase is the P-type of ATPase which functions in transfer of the calcium ions into cytoplam to the cell lumen of the sarcoplasmic reticulum upon ATP hydrolysis and causes mucle contractions.Myosin ATPase converts the chemical to motion energy and functions as a molecular motors, once it binds to the actin, phosphate group gets released and myosin changes the conformation and comes to the lower energy state.
