Infants grow very fast in first two years. At the end of six months the birthweight of an infant just gets doubled and it becomes three times at the end of first year and four times at the end of two years. Infants body proportions changes also grows into height to an average thirty four inches in first two years. Infants head size decreases in proportion to one fourth of the body by the end of two years. At the end of two years infants brain start to weigh eighty percent of an adult brain. Infants vison and sensory abilities develops. The infants start to stand by one year of age, walk by one and half year of age, and run and jump before two years. The muscle tone improves and the body posture becomes more erect. Infants starts to make sentences and they start to follow instructions at the end of two years.
