The symptoms of vestibular damage are vertigo , dizziness , vision disturbance , loss of imbalance and spatial orientation , psychological changes , ear pain , Headache , slurred speech , motion sickness , nausea , vomiting and psychological symptoms are seen

No the symptoms are not permanent , The symptoms are reversed if treated properly . If their is early treatment there is no symptoms
