Answer #1

Answer All of the above

When we do resistance exercises damge of muscle fibres occur which leads to activation of stellite cells . Satellite cells fuse with myofibrils and cause increase in crosssectional area and hypertrophy of Muscles .

Thus, the muscle cells’ myofibrils will increase in thickness and number. After fusion with the muscle fiber, some satellite cells produce new nuclei to supplement the growing muscle fiber

.These nuclei, help muscle fibre to synthesize more proteins and create more contractile myofilaments, known as actin and myosin, in skeletal muscle cells

True Thus actin and myosin protein content increases t

. It is specifically seen in slow twitching fibres undergoing aerobic respiration .Also ribosomes help in protein synthesis thus contributory to answer .
