Factors affecting plasma enzyme levels after tissue damage?

Homework Answers

Answer #1

If there is tissue damage than there is increase in the levels of enzyme, the factors that determin this increase are,

Increase in the enzyme are propotional to the extent of tissue damage.,  increases in the plasma concentrations of these enzymes are indicative of loss of functional integrity of tissues cell membranes and consequent leakage into the blood stream The amount of increase depends on factors such as the concentration of enzyme in the cells. , The rate of leakage of enzyme from cells The rate of clearance of enzyme from plasma.
