The patient was escorted back to the car about 1 mile away, limping. Upon admission, the nurse took his vitals. The patient is alert and oriented x 3 (person, place, time), his blood pressure is slightly elevated (130/95), oral temperature is 96.9, the patient was assessed for and cleared of ingesting any drugs or alcohol, he urinated upon arrival and blood was noted in urine.

The location of the injuries include eye where the acerations and pain in right orbit occurs. Brachium is the upper arm and femoral regions are the thigh. Lumbar is the lower region or abdomen which is also referred as lower spine. Thoracic is the chest portion where heart and lung reside.

Fourth quadrants of the abdomen appeared to be injured also called as lumbar region.The major organs of this region are liver, gallbladder, and ascending colon.
