The filtrate obtained after passing blood into glomerulus flow through the following way in a nephron.
Filtrate first comes into proximal tubule where reabsorption of nutrients and substances, that body need, occurs. After this filtrate passes to the Loop of Henle where concentration of urine occurs. After this filtrate passes to distal convoluted tubule where regulation of sodium, potassium and hydrogen ion concentration (pH) of urine occurs. Now urine passes to the collecting duct and finally goes to the urinary bladder via ureter.
