*Adults which include the age group of 18-64 should do 150 minutes of moderate intensity exercise throughout the week or 75 minutes of vigorous intensity exercise throughout the week .
*Adults should do strengthening exercise that involves all muscles on atleast 2 days a week.Major muscles include hip,abdomen ,chest,shoulders etc.
*Aerobic exercise should be done in 10 minute duration.
*When additional health benefits are needed,a weekly moderate intensity exercise of 300 minutes or vigorous intensity exercise of 150minutes is done or a combination of moderate-vigorous intensity.
*An Adult is recommended to do physical activity as some kind of physical exercise is better than none.
