Answer #1

What is Babinski Sign ?

It is a neurologic examination based upon how the big toe moves when the sole of the foot is stimulated. It is done by stimulating the external portion of the sole. The examiner needs to start the stimulation back at the heel and go forward to the base of the toes.

In "positive" Babinski sign, there is -

None of the above.

Positive babibski sign is characterised by dorsiflexion of the big toe and action of the extensor hallucis longus muscle, on stimulating the sole of the foot. It relates to option B,but option B is not applicable because it is talking about all toes and not just the big toe.
