Protein kinase is a specific kinase enzyme which modifies specific proteins by chemically adding the phosphate groups to them . It has the ability to catalyse the phosphorylation process of specific proteins. This phosphorylation caused by the protein kinase is important in cell transduction. The confrontation of the phosphorylated protein cause the cell signaling. The phosphorylated protein formed by the protein kinase recruit other protein that help in signal transduction. All these helps in cell transduction by protein kinase
