Answer #1

Answer --- (A) 25-29.9

Obesity means having too much fat in a body,it is different from overweight which is weighting too much. Overweight can be due to extra muscles , bone water or excess fat.

More than 1 out of 3 persons are overweight in U.S.

To calculate we rely on the body mass index to know whether it is normal or overweight.

BMI from 18.5 to 24.9 is considered as normal.

Adult with 25- 29.9 is considered as overweight. If any athelete have very much muscles and due to them they are overweight they are not in risk...having too much makes the risk factor.

BMI over 30-39.9 is regarded as obese

BMI over 40 is considered as extremely obese.
