The hypothalamus is an integral part of the endocrine system, with the key function of linking the nervous system to the endocrine system via the pituitary gland and thalamus is a structure for transmitting information to the cerebral hemisphere. The main function of the thalamus is to relay motor and sensory signals to the cerebral cortex, the hypothalamus play a important role in hormone production and regulation of body temperature
