8) Clinical trial is finding a new intervention or finding the existing intervention works better or not by including the two set of people in the trial. As a R&D director of clinical studies suggest to have a qualitative degree of bachelor in medical to pursue a clinical trials. The development of skills and ideas are more important in the clinical trial. The intervention, diagnosis, screening, pharmacology all medical requirements are included in clinical trial in which it shows that the newly found medicine or a therapy is safe for all human beings and it really works for the condition or not. So to pursue a career in clinical trial have a good research knowledge and develop a skill in the acquired knowledge.
