The patient is having effects of anticholinergic drugs and this is evident from the symptoms
Anticholinergic drugs are the one that blocks the specific effects of Ach . They are called cholinergic blocker .
Mechanism
They bind to the receptor of muscarinic and nicotinic receptors and cause the blocking of Acetylcholine effects on receptor.
The symptoms are due to
Elevated Heart rate is due to blocking of the acetylcholine receptor that is it takes a parasympatholytic effects . So Heart rate increases
Bronchodilation will occur as a result if the anticholinergic effects and relaxation of the bronchial wall and lead to bronchodilation
Mydriasis occur due to the blocking of muscarinic receptor specifically in the sphincter pupillae and vasue dialtion of pupil
All these shows that the effects are due to anticholinergic medication especially ATROPINE
