Stroke posse the risk of immidiate mortality and long term morbidity in survivors residual disability. Endocrine disorders are reported to occur in 15- 55% of stroke survivors.blood supply of pitutarygland and hypoyalalmus gland affects during vascular compromise in brain. The commonest etiology of underlying of cerebrovascular accident is vascular occlusion leading to infarction of brain.Hemmorhagic stroke is less frequent than ischemic stroke is due to aneurysmal rupture or malignant hypertension.

Several study suggest that control of blood pressure, Blood glucose level, body temperature and oxygen saturation when analyzed seperately is related with successful acutecstroke outcome, Hence in biological system all the parameters are interrelated with each other. A stroke disrupts the homeostasis because it prevents oxygen and nutrients from being carried to the brain.
