Diabetes incipidus is mainly due to deficiency of Antidiuretic hormones which are released by posterior pitutary.

this hormone is mainly responsible for reabsorption of excess water from colecting duct via aquaporine 2. When there is deficiency of this hormone , excess water from collecting duct is not absorbed leading to polyuria.

hyoerglycemia and edema are features of diabetes mallitus.

low sperm count occur when there is any sex hormone disorder
