transporter binding sites completely occupied, then they have reached their what?

Answer #1

When transport Binding sites completely occupied, then they have reached the SATURATION.

And the transport is at highest level called as TRANSPORT MAXIMUM.

A transpoter is a carrier protein that helps in transport of one solute from one side to another side of membrane. This carrier protein has transporter binding sites where where the transporter molecule binds. When all the sites are occupied the carrier is said to be SATURATED and at this tims the speed of reaction is maximum called as Transport maximum.
