Cervical teeth areaare bare, periodontal pocket depth of 3-4mm with sero-purulent purulent of and exudate and accumulation over and subgingival calculus. 16, 25, 26, 36, 35, 31, 41 teeth are mobile of I - II stage, panoramic x-rays - diffusivee osteoporosis, interdental partitions to 1/3 of their height. Write the correct diagnosis and local therapy.

Treatment for periodontitis is :

1. brush twice daily and maintain oral hygiene

2. Gumline cleaning through root surface instrumentation.
3. use of mouthwash and gels containing chlorhexidine, minocycline and enzyme suppresants such as doxycycline is prescribed.
