Obesity.

It is a complex disease with excessive amount of fat in the body.It is a public health problem that has raised world wide.world health organization told that about 2.3 billion people were suffering from obesity that is overweight that includes both young and adults.In 2015 there are approximately about 700 million people were obese World wide.Due to overweight and excess fat accumulation the health becomes distrued and it may leads to other disease like heart attack , diabetes and increses blood pressure.

Obesity can be diagnosed when Body mass index (BMI) as [(weight in kg) /(height in meter)2].It is the most useful measure of obesity.BMI is the simple index to classify underweight, overweight and obesity in obesity is the major cause of certain cancers and other health problems.In severe conditions it may lead to morbidity and mortality.
