1. Patient who receives sedatives and narcotics drugs nurse should carefully monitor side effects associated with this drugs.

2. All activities carried out in ICU towards patient treatment must be record and report appropriately.

3. Control nosocomial Infection ( HAI) appropriately according to ICU policy.

Mechanical ventilator assessment : Chest radiograph, vital signs, Spo2, patient ventilator synchrony, ABG, Inspiratory pressures, Audio PEEP, ventilator alarms.
