A) If you have a result of 20/100 then you would have to be near of 20 feet of the object to see it clearly where person with normal vision can be able to see it at 100 feet.

B) Tes we can have visual affinity better than 20/20 for example there is 20/15 and 20/15 vision where a person with 20/15 can see at 20 feet where as other normal person can only see it at 15 feet from an eye chart.

And in 20/10 vision you can see the eye chart at 20 feet where normal person can only see at 10 feet from eye chart.
