Answer is Option b as to view 2 structure differently we need to increase the resolution . The resolution is the only factor that helps in the separatly and identifying 2 structures

Option a is wrong as magnification will not help in distinguishing

Option c is wrong as magnification is not required in distinguishing

Option d is wrong as changing light of colour will change almost every organells and structure colour so not helpful in distinguishing
