Modern interventional Digital Substraction Angiography systems are much evolved .DSA is actually a technique which is used to visualize blood vessels of the bony and also thick and deeper of the tissues.This can actually be done with fluoroscopy.

DSA screening is where identifying a condition before the actual signs and symptoms evolves out. Where as in acquisition mode stronger algorithms were used with highest thresholds to capture the exact images that provides clear findings.So the difference is the confirmation of the diagnosis which is clear in acquisition mode.
