Pepsin and trypsin digest proteins

Lipase digest lipids

Nuclease digest nucleic acid

Enzymatic digestion occurs because the food we ate contains complex structure which are not absorbed into the body , so we need to break complex structures into simple absorbable structures , So enzymatic digestion occurs which helps in quick breakdown of complex structures to simple structures
