The humidity affects the excercising body very harshly as due to humidity the body is unable to cool down the air already has water vapour and the sweat on skin can't evaporate.

Moreover It leads to a decrease in systemic, skin and muscle blood flow. It also results into a greater dependency on muscle glycogen as source of energy . It leads to reduction in exercising muscle oxygen uptake nearby exhaustion.

Therefore, it is the extent of dehydration or body water loss should be maintained back quickly in order to perform better .
