The physical activities is characterized by the movement of body that involve the muscles and energy. The three areas of physical activity are - Aeribic activities, muscle stengthening and bone strengthening.
1. Aerobic activities
Aerobic activities are considered to be endurance exercises which helps in improving functions of heart and lungs .The aerobic activities engage in the movement of arms and legs.This includes swimming,running,cycling,walking,dancing and jumping.
2.Muscle strengthening
Muscle stengthening helps in the improvement of muscle's strength,power and endurance.It involves the pushup-situps,climbing ,lifting weight type of exercises.
3.Bone strengthening
Bone strengthening type of activities helps in building the strong bones .It helps in balancing body weight and muscle activities.It includes lifting weight,running ,walking and skipping.
