Difference are

1. Slow twitch muscle are called type 1 muscle while fast type muscle are called type 2 muscle
2. Slow twitch muscle is generally used for long distance movement while fast twitch muscle are used for quick and fast muscle movement
3. Long distance running come under slow twitch while sprinting comes under slow twitch muscle
4. Fate twitch muscle contract faster compared to slow twitch muscle
5. Fast twitch muscle become fatigued quickly whej compared to slow twitch muscle
6. Fast twitch muscle will consume the oxygen instantly while slow twitch consume muscle slowly
