- Exercise for at least 60 minutes are recommended to lose weight, it is effective to do exercise for at least 60 minutes.

- Exercise 3 or more days/ week are also recommended to lose weigh. Per week 3 days exercise will not enough but Per week at least 5 days exercises will be effective for lose weight.

So 2nd option is not correct rest of the options are correct.
