It is very important for heath care professional to do angular movement Exersice. Yes nurses and other health professionals are at risk of peripheral vascular diseases .

• Many condition like varicose veins,deep vain thrombosis occur in the individual due to lack of angle movement.. it is helpful in preventing vascular disorder of lower extremity
• It helps in the strengting of the muscle . A health professionals always need to move around .
• Help in the maintaince of flexibility of the muscle
• If any pain is present then ROM and angular Exersice is helpful in reliving it
• Risk for injury reduce as muscle strength and angle stiffness increases
