why do we need to produce hyperosmotic urine? what would be the consequence if we could only produce isosmotic urine?

Hyperosmotic urine is important for normal physiology. Hyperosmotic urine means the concentration of urine is higher than blood plasma which is important for maintenance of plasma volume and thus blood pressure. If someone produce hypoosmotic urine it means dilute urine is producing and thus more water is coming out from the body which may lead to hypovolemia and decreased blood pressure. Hence in order to prevent unnecessary loss of water from body it is necessary to produce hyperosmotic urine.
