COPD means chronic obstructive pulmonary disease which is the most commonly occuring pulmonary disease

Patients with COPD have problems of difficult in breathing

The diseases under COPD are

1) Asthma- In this condition person feels difficult to breath because the persons airway is inflammed , becomes narrow ,swell and produce extra mucus

2) Emphysema- Destruction of air sacs which interfere with flow of air towards outside

3) chronic bronchitis - which causes longterm inflammation of bronchi that leads to cough with mucus
