Answer #1

Hypocalcemia means decrease in the blood calcium level. Due to decrease in the calcium level in the bone osteopenia and osteoporosis occurs. Osteopenia means the decrease the mineral bone density which leads to osteoporosis.Due to the osteoporosis bone becomes thinner which leads to fracture. Due to decrease in the bone calcium level bone trying to pull the calcium from the blood which leads to hypocalcemia. Muscle contraction occurs due to low level of calcium which leads to muscle pain as well.
