Let us consider that the father is heterozygous for B blood group and mother is heterozygous foe Rh antigen.

We'll simply make a Punnet's square to obtain the possible combinations in the offsprings of there two parents.

The diagram depicts that there is 50% possibility of the daughter having B blood group and 50% chance of her being Rh negative.This is how the daughter cam have B negative blood group.

Note- i represents the recessive allele and IB is the B allele.
