Ans:- TROPONIN.
Ca released from sarcoplasmic reticulum bind to TROPONIN C this troponin c help to exposure the binding site of myosin present on actin by removing the tropomyosin sheath.
After removal of tropomyosin sheath myosin bind to actin and muscle contraction OCCURE.
To turn off contraction Ca moves out of troponin C which cause tropomyosin to again cover the binding site of myosin present on actin. Hence no actin myosin interaction OCCURE leading to muscle relaxation.
