Deep fascia- beneath superficial fascia, dense connective tissue . It surround differenf structures to seprate them into fascial compartments.

Keratinocyte- it is a epidermal cell. It produces keratin. They form tight junctions with nerve and skin. They also keep Langerhans cells of the epidermis and lymphocytes of the dermis in place.
life cycle- 30-40 days .Keratinocytes start the life cycle first with the formation  which is by cellular division in the layer stratum basale, which is the  deepest layer of the epidermis. As the cells rise up through the layers, they produce keratin and get fill with keratin and die. At the top layer, the stratum corneum, they are all dead cells.
