It is possible for twins to have different fathers in a phenomenon called  superfecundation (heteropaternal), Superfecundation is the fertilization of two or more ova from the same cycle by sperm from separate acts of sexual intercourse, which can lead to twin babies from two separate biological fathers. If the ferttilization happens from the same father it is refered to as fraternal twins, but in  heteropaternal superfecunda, the twins are not identical

In human females, the process that produces mature eggs is called oogenesis, the process of oogenesis produce only one egg, in this case the women released multiple eggs within a week of another, within this small time frame two eggs appear to have been fertilized by sperm from two different men

Superfecundation is rare in humans, but  is common in animals such as cats and dogs
