Muscle dysmorphia is a mental disorder of obsessive nature in which the person feels that he/she is muscularly weak, small or insufficient despite of the fact that they are absolutely normal or larger in size. It is an obsessive eating disorder

In this the patient is unaware of the ongoing harm compared to other addiction. There is no delirium or disturbance of other mental features like judging or decision taking abilities. The person is otherwise normal. Similarities include continuous addiction or a state of mind of wanting anything.
