Homicide is the act of killing human and may be categorised as crime (murder & war crime) and systemic government killing which called legal homicide (euthanasia). But some forensic technologies such as "autopsy" which can distinguish both the type of homicide even that it has been due to crime or perform legally.
During autopsy some tissues (specifically of lungs) have collected from the body for forensic investigation, during biological examination floating of lungs tissue in the water reveals that infant death occured due to illegal act of homicide (murder or any other) because lung tissue floats in water due to presence of air in them. Whle sinking of lung's tissues in the water indicates killing or death prior the birth of infants.
