Only one is produced.
EXPLANATION- when germinal cell (diploid) becomes the primary ocyte, and then through the meiosis I, a secondary oocyte is formed which is halpoid and a first polar body is formed. again the polar body and the secondary oocyte undergoes mesosis II which results in the production of 2 polar bodies from the first polar body and one polar body and an ovum which is haploid from the secondary oocyte.
So, even though there are 3 polar bodies formed, only ovum is viable and ready for fertilisation when the sperm arrives.
So, every month (one menstrual cycle), one viable egg is produced.
