In the begining that is from 0- 5 second of running body will undergoe phosphogen system for the energy production process . In this there is utilisation of creatine phosphate for energy production.

Foe 1-5 minutes body undergoe glycolytic process to produce Energy from Burning if the glucose in anerobic method .

For 5- 30 minutes the energy will come from carbohydrates,fat and protein. This is called aerobic system .in this process energy is produced by sucrose
